RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it. All returns must be in the same condition as sold, unworn, with all original packaging as appropriate.
For reasons of hygiene & safety, returns/exchanges on pierced earrings cannot be accepted.
Goods ordered on-line may be refunded within 14 days of delivery.
Please email us at email@example.com referencing your order / receipt no to notify us which item is being returned.
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for the return shipment and we advise that you use a tracked and signed for service for proof of shipping and send me the tracking no so we can look out for the return.

Please mark ref the order no on the parcel to help identify your return and speed up your refund. We will start processing the payment for the refund upon receipt of the goods. Please allow up to 10 days.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
